OTP Financial Planner

Description

During the redesign of the OTP Financial Planner Calculator, I first tested the current calculator and collected the technical and graphical solutions that needed to be improved. I then analysed competitors, looked for national and international best practices and created user personas. Ease of use, simple and intuitive data entry and transparent data presentation were my main considerations when redesigning the calculator. As part of the design process, I conducted two usability tests to get feedback on user needs. During the test, users gave positive feedback on the design, functionality and user-friendly navigation of the site. At the end of the design process, the calculator was visually integrated into the bank's image and met the functional criteria.
